SHIPPING POLICIES :

Almost every shift boot we make is made to order. As there are so many design possibilities, we only keep a small amount of fabrics in stock. Therefore, we have to order your fabric and the printing process from our provider can take up to two (2) weeks. 


For Canada residents : Once we receive your fabric, we make the shift boot and ship it to you withing the next two (2) days. Please expect about three (3) to four (4) weeks to receive your new shift boot!


For International customers : The same process for Canada resisdents applies to your order, but the delivery might take up to five (5) weeks to get to you. 


We are working hard to improve our shipping delays, but we thank you for your patience and comprehension.


* We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

*To offer you the best shipping rates, we do not provide a tracking number. If you'd like to get one, additional fees will apply, but you have to contact us before proceeding the payment of your order. 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES: 


As almost every shift boot we make is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Nevertheless, if you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to help you out!


*** If your order has been approved for refund, 15% restocking fees will apply to the amount of the refund.


*** Shipping fees are NOT refundable.


Please understand that the items are handmade and might present some very light defects, that are nonetheless non apparent when properly installed.
